Welcome to Network Valley (https://networkvalley.ai). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Network Valley – Entrepreneur Individuel (Imane Lebriki), registered in France, regarding your access to and use of our services, including our AI platform, digital tools, and Social Media Suite.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must stop using our services immediately.
1. Definitions :
* “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”: Refers to Network Valley – Entrepreneur Individuel (Imane Lebriki).
* “Services”: All features available at networkvalley.ai, including AI tools, integrations (OpenAI, DeepSeek, Google Gemini, etc.), and the Social Media Suite.
* “User Content”: Any information, text, media, or data submitted by you.
* “Third-Party Providers”: External platforms such as OpenAI, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, or hosting services (DigitalOcean).
2. Eligibility :
- You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services.
- If you are using our Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
3. Account Registration :
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use :
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for unlawful, harmful, or misleading activities.
- Upload or distribute malicious code, spam, or abusive content.
- Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of our Services.
- Circumvent access restrictions or misuse third-party integrations (e.g., Meta APIs).
5. AI Services & Content Responsibility :
- Our platform integrates with AI providers such as OpenAI, DeepSeek, and Google Gemini.
- Prompts and outputs may be processed by these third-party providers.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of AI-generated content.
- You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated outputs.
6. Social Media Suite :
- Our Social Media Suite lets you connect to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- When you connect an account, you authorize us (via OAuth tokens) to:
- Retrieve basic profile information (e.g., public_profile, email).
- Access and display the list of Pages you manage (pages_show_list).
- Publish, edit, and schedule content (pages_manage_posts, instagram_content_publish).
- Retrieve and display engagement data (pages_read_engagement, instagram_manage_insights).
- Manage comments and messages if enabled (instagram_manage_comments).
- You may revoke access at any time in your platform account settings.
- You remain responsible for compliance with Meta’s Platform Terms. and the terms of any connected third-party service.
7. Payments & Subscriptions :
- Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing will be displayed at checkout.
- Payments are processed through secure providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property :
- All content, trademarks, and software provided by Network Valley remain our property or that of our licensors.
- Users retain ownership of their uploaded content and social media accounts.
- By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely for providing the Services.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
- Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
- Hosting and infrastructure are provided by DigitalOcean (Germany, US).
- We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws.
- Users have the right to access, correct, delete, or port their data.
10. Data Deletion :
- Users may disconnect their social media accounts at any time.
- Data deletion requests can be made via our callback URL: https://networkvalley.ai/social-media/oauth/callback/facebook
- Requests may also be submitted to privacy@networkvalley.ai
11. Limitation of Liability :
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
- We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Network Valley is not liable for:
* Loss of profits, revenues, or data.
* Any damages resulting from reliance on AI outputs.
* Third-party service interruptions or failures (e.g., Meta, OpenAI).
12. Termination :
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
- You may close your account at any time.
- Upon termination, your access to AI services and integrations will cease, and tokens will be revoked.
13. Changes to Terms :
- We may update these Terms from time to time.
- The latest version will always be published at https://networkvalley.ai/terms.
- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law :
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nîmes, France.
